Before building Medola, Dr. Nisha Rathod spent years practising medicine — in India and overseas. That experience gave her a front-row view of a broken system, and the conviction to fix it.

Dr. Rathod gained clinical practice experience in India and overseas — experiencing firsthand the contrast between technology-enabled healthcare systems abroad and the paper-heavy reality of most Indian clinics.
